An article on OMG today was about celebrities real names. Here is some of the list:

Meat Loaf real name (Marvin Lee Aday)

Charlie Sheen real name (Carlos Estevez)

Pink real name (Alecia Moore)

Judy Garland real name (Frances Ethel Gumm)

Miley Cyrus birth name (Destiny Hope Cyrus)

Katy Perry real name (Katheryn Hudson)

John Wayne real name (Marion Morrison)

Fergie real name (Stacy Ann Ferguson)

Would you create a stage name? In some cases I am glad they did. Poor Judy Garland being born with the names Frances Gumm and well Katy Perry would of been confused with Kate Hudson all the time. And  John Wayne sounds so much cooler then Marion Morrison.  I know there are MANY more celebrities who use stage names instead of their real ones.
